Rid yourself of the stress of planning a wedding and choose our All Taken Care Of package. From name cards and bespoke cake, to flowers and DJ, leave it to the experienced Elephant Hotel team to ensure your day is simply perfect right down to the last detail.

If you'd like a dining package but also want to choose your own suppliers, we've created a package that includes all food and drinks, but gives you the flexibility to plan the finer details of your special day. Prices are based on a minimum of 60 adult guests.

Make the Elephant Hotel yours for the day, or the weekend! With exclusive venue hire you’ll have:

Private use of the Elephant Hotel in its entirety, including all function rooms and the garden.
A choice of ceremony rooms with chairs, aisle carpet runner and use of our stereo system.
Private use of the Elephant Room and Cocktail Lounge for the Wedding Breakfast and evening reception.
Honeymoon bedroom for your wedding night.

With non-exclusive venue hire, you and your guests experience all that Elephant Hotel has to offer, but with some time restrictions. You’ll have:

Private use of one of our beautiful ceremony rooms*, with chairs, aisle carpet runner and use of our stereo system.
Private use of the Elephant Room and Cocktail Lounge for the Wedding Breakfast and evening reception.
Honeymoon bedroom for your wedding night.
