Using only the finest, freshest local ingredients, sourced from local independent suppliers, guests can dine in The Herd steak restaurant which offers the ultimate steak experience with a bit of theatre with exquisite results or for a casual night with great food and wine, there's BaBar - an eclectic bar loved by our locals and guests alike!
