Question: I have purchased my Gift Voucher and have noticed a mistake, can I get this amended?

Answer: Yes, please email gifts@original.co.uk 

Question: What delivery and postal options are available?

Answer: Gift Vouchers can be emailed free of charge or you can pay for your Gift Voucher to be delivered 1st class in a gift envelope or a gift box. The charge for these delivery options will be displayed at checkout. We aim to ship all Gift Vouchers within three working days of the order being placed, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends, but this may increase during busy periods or because of unexpected delays. If you need your Gift Voucher sooner than this, we recommend you choose to have your voucher emailed to you, so you have a PDF version of your Gift Voucher available to print as soon as your order has been processed. 

Question: I'm experiencing difficulties placing an order online and checking out. What do I do?

Answer: Please email gifts@original.co.uk and our team can assist you.

Question: How do I print my Gift Voucher? 

Answer: A PDF of your Gift Voucher will be emailed to you. You can then open this file and print the PDF.   

Question: Can I have a VAT receipt for my Gift Voucher?

Answer: We do not supply VAT receipts on Gift Voucher sales, but we can issue VAT receipts on redemption of the Gift Voucher. 

Question: Are Gift Vouchers refundable? 

Answer: No, we do not offer refunds for any of our Gift Vouchers.
