We believe in offering a unique wedding experience, understanding that every occasion is different - which is why we tailor the event to meet your requirements, not to suit ours. We don’t believe in making you choose from menu ‘a’ or menu ‘b’, or choosing boring drinks packages, we just want your Special Day to be exactly that, your Special Day.

From the outset, you will have your own dedicated Wedding coordinator, who will help you through every step. From help choosing an exquisite florist, to finding a photographer who will capture the moment. From putting the mother of the bride into the best room, to organising a round of golf for your party.

We don’t do hundreds of weddings. We’re not a wedding factory and you’re not a statistic. We pride ourselves on tailoring each wedding to your bespoke needs. We want you and your guests to be hit with the ‘wow’ factor. The Elephant is unique, oozing style and with a service to match.

At Hillbrooke, we are proud to work with Essentially You, a team of multi award winning wedding experts, who will consult with you to put together your perfect wedding day. Headed by Julie Tooby, the EY team will look after you from your first meeting right through until and on the day itself, delivering perfection for your special day.
