Pangbourne Fete 2010
  
  
On Saturday 26th June The Elephant ran the beer tent at Pangbourne Fete to keep everyone supplied with real ales and cider - and what a success it was! There was a tug-o-war, climbing walls, dragon boat racing - even karaoke...
What's more, The Elephant were proud to have raised £650 for the fete from their beer tent alone!
  
Swedish Smorgasbord
  
On Sunday the 6th June our guests indulged in some Swedish delicatessen -
Jansson's temptation, gravad lax, meat balls and a variety of herrings.
There was even roasted elk on the menu!
Pamper Evening in aid of Daisy's Dream Charity
Thursday 10th June we hosted this great evening in aid of Daisy's Dream.
 
The event was organised by Katie Morgan from Powder Puff who
managed to get a number of local beauticians, therapists and
stall holders to make this event a success. There was a complimentary glass
of wine as well as a raffle ticket for everyone attending the event.   About 125 people attended the evening and we are very pleased to
announce that £2000 was raised on the night.
