Commis Chef (Permanent)
Experienced commis chef or 2010 catering graduates (chef) required working in a team of 5 chefs. This is a great opportunity to progress your skills in a quality environment, learning under a top chef. Full time catering professionals only please.
Full Time Receptionist
Presentable, hotel experienced receptionist required to work early / late shifts over 5 days / week to include evenings and weekends. Fluent English, computer literate and good telephone manner/ customer service essential.
Full Time Night Porter
Working 4 nts / wk, 11.30pm -7..30am / 10.30pm - 6.30am. This is a position of responsibility taking care of the hotel during the night. Duties include, serving at the bar until guests retire, setting up for breakfast, cleaning public areas during the night, guest relations basic room service ie sandwich preparation, early check outs and handover, securing the hotel.
