Menus that follow seasons not fashion...

One of our main attractions is the quality of the food we serve in the Herd Restaurant and the BaBar. Our kitchen team, led by Head Chef Mihaela Bratu, produces consistently excellent food, with our main emphasis being on fresh and seasonal. Where possible, we try and use local suppliers, but we don’t let that restrict what we can offer.

Having joined us from The Winchester Hotel, where she held the position of sous chef for several years, we are excited to welcome Mihaela to The Elephant.
